إنا لله وإنا إليه راجعون

Indeed to Allah we belong and to Him we shall return. The eyes shed tears and our hearts grieve, but we do not say anything except what pleases our Lord! We ask Allah to have mercy on the victims at the Quebec City Mosque, and to accept them as shuhadaa, and to ease the pain of their families. Ameen.

It is very heart warming to see our non-Muslim neighbours sympathizing with their local Muslim communities all over Canada. It truly shows the kind nature of the people of this country. We have received many emails, phone calls, cards, and visits at the Masjid and continue to do so. We are grateful to them for reaching out. Some examples are attached.

We ask Allah to protect us all from the harm of those who seek to cause corruption on this earth.
